Nickname: Baby Girl

Chasie is the undisputed alpha-bitch of the house. She was our first Aussie, and has always been my best bud. When she was younger, she was definitely a momma's girl, following me wherever I went, guarding me intently if a stranger came too close, and taking naps on my lap - something she still does to this day. Though a natural guardian, once she gets used to having new people around, it doesn't take long before she starts offering our guests kisses and asking for some attention. She gets along great with other dogs, is an excellent puppysitter, loves to play, and is just a wonderful all-around girl. It was her awesome attitude, natural abilities and intelligence that inspired us to have an Aussie kennel. She has been introduced to sheep, and shows a lot of instinct, watching her stock nicely and working both directions equally well. We look forward to beginning her stock training in the future, and would love to pursue a career in tracking with her as well.
