Guiness can be summed up in one word: Awesome! He's usually very full of energy, and always loves to show off for anyone and everyone - he's a big people-lover! We've even had visitors ask to take him home with them, as he's very sociable and loves to play fetch, do tricks or just hang out and be their pal. We're very pleased with his high level of intelligence, willingness to do whatever is asked of him, and his eagerness to please. His guardian instincts are definitely intact, but he is always quick to warm up to visitors, and is a very gracious host. He's very alpha, and can be aggressive toward other male dogs, but usually only when his status as dominant male is threatened or challenged. Guiness has nice structure with great balance and agility. He also has a very high energy level, and LOVES to play! Since he was first introduced to an agility course at 3 months old, he's been a natural. He would run the course all day long if he could! We're very excited about Guiness pursuing a career in agility, and we hope to eventually train him on stock as well. He's been introduced to sheep and goats, and has a great sense of group, nice gather, and isn't afraid to hit heads. For now, we're focusing mainly on his therapy work and obedience training. We're also considering showing him in conformation in the future - he certainly has the potential to do it all!
